Fulfillment Timing

We guarantee all orders will ship within 2-3 business days, however, 95% of items are shipped within 24 hours of receiving the order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking info. *Please note that shipping timeframes may be extended during times of high volume, such as the holiday season or when promotions occur.

Shipment Timing

All orders will be shipped via USPS First-Class Mail International or UPS Ground. Upon checkout in our store, you will be able to select your preferred method of shipping/timing from multiple available options. 

International Orders

International orders are final sale and subject to import duties and taxes that are the recipient's responsibility. You can check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be. If you refuse a shipment, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import duties, fees and/or taxes incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package.

Shipping Issues

Boho Beautiful is not responsible for items sent to the incorrect address or undeliverable items. Please check the shipping address closely before placing your order. Boho Beautiful is not responsible for lost packages or uninsured packages. Boho Beautiful is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by the courier, weather or other events outside of our control. If your package is confirmed to be lost in transit and you selected a shipping option that is insured, please reach out to contact@bohobeautiful.life and we will help issue a replacement.

Returns
